no footer

on my bike i have tried a no footer but it never works. i always smash my knees on my pedels. is there a way to stop my crank arms spining backwards in the air so i dont keep hitting my knees.

Right after you jump, pick your feet up a little then kick out as fast as you can at the exact same time. Try this going up a "roll in" if you have one at your park.

Pull your brakes, or tighten your chain, that will keep the pedals from moving, or at least help.

And be careful when you are putting your feet back on, anklebites hurt.
