NICE PIC OF THE "ON THE HEAVY SIDE" CHICK!!

ok, i've looked more into the different types of bikes, and figured out that "on the heavy side" means i don't want a "race" frame, and that i don't want an aluminum frame.

also, I agree that Fit is rad, but can't afford a comlete one. so i've decided that i'll build one myself later.
for now, i just want an inexpensive complete bike.

has anyone heard of "AMX" bikes? i've been offered one for a decent price, but can't find any info whatsoever on the brand.

also, what do you guys think of Redline?

Haro Backtrail X1

various Diamondbacks
plenty of crappy-looking Free Agents

Save up and get a fit, all those other bikes are trash. Or get a poverty buck 99 it would be good as a beginer bike. By the way you don't have to have the lightest frame in order to have the lightest bike. I seen some one with a STA frame that weighs 26lbs.

If Redline sucks, then why would Rich Hirsch and Tyrone Williams ride for them?
Also without Redline, we wouldnt have the 3pc cranks.
