Arai old school hubs

Hi, I recently purchased a set of NOS blue anodized, sealed bearing Arai hubs.
Bought them on impulse, maybe I'll lace them into a set of 700C rims for a fine single speed road project.

They are threaded for a freewheel. I've searched the web for info on these hubs but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know how these rated back when they were introduced? ( I'm guessing late eighties, early ninetees, but I have no idea)

Thanks!
