My grips are a little cut up from my last fall... but not too bad.

My ODI's have barely worn down, i like it though normally i go through grips fast.

My friend's Rubens don't look like they are wearing down too fast.

And i consider Rubens close to the ODI grips because they are basically offset cut up mushroom things. And they feel about the same with the exception that the Rubens have that weird taper at the end instead of just a bump where the bar ends meet the grips. But i just cut that part off my Longnecks.

Oh and good luck getting your Ruben nylon bar ends off, i have i had to bang mine in with a rubber mallet, so god only knows how to get them off...

I think they are a waste of money... if I can get them for free I'll take them, but I don't want to spend $20 on them.

Thats why i liked the Ruben nylon ones! I paid like $3 for mine. And they come free if you get the grips.
They are the same weight as the Kink barends that are getting all that hype, but yet no screws and simpler. I just don't know how you get them out. Haha.

Drill them out... just don't hit your bars by accident.

Not a bad parts list. But why City LT rim? They bend pretty fast. Look into a 7K Balance or ODY 7KA...great rims.

I run Edwins too...love them.

That's actually pretty smart. If he holds onto his parts for a year, they will only decrease in value, but if he sells them now and keeps the money, he can buy new and good quality parts in a year.
