If you brush your teeth more than once a year and don't drink too much it should be fine... I hope. I usually have a few per week, and when I had the ones in the fridge at work, it was more like a few per day.

I brush my teeth at least once a day, if not twice. And i drink soda a bit, but i prefer Arizona green tea. You can't beat it.

Twice a day everyday for me. Green tea just tastes weird. I do drink it sometimes though. I don't know why.

No, trust me, retainers are no fun. I've had it for a while and still can't talk with it. I only have one on the top, and it's not permanent.
