Eh. Hopefully your friend is making a mistake... otherwise you're stuck with a sucky bike.

I agree 100%...make sure you look up the model on google or something and be sure it has good/ at worst decent parts 1st.

Remember a Poverty G-ride isn't the best frame/fork/stem combo. But, the rest is dcent.

A Haro may be good for you, but not so good for someone else.

See this thread: https://www.bikeforums.net/bmx/257558-haro-f2-other-haro-s.html They are far from the best, they mostly suck.

Bikes are bikes. Chase Hawk would still rule on a Haro. However, we are not Chase Hawk and you get what you pay for.

I have two, and they have zero gravitational pull.

Ok i bought it, Its a older haro frame. He cut the brakes. Im not sure what frame because he spray painted it black. I also know its a gyro, im trying to get ride of the gyro part, you know like below the headset that sticks out and connects the wires. How can i get that out, do i have to take the top part apart, or can i just like hit it off or something? I like it alot, its really light and i like the components. Its bassically like my project bike to get to know all the parts of a bmx, and have fun fixing it up. I bought it for $40. Ill get some pics up later. Someone please answer my question fast im working on it right now.

Thank You,
Pantelis

Your gyro can be taken off by loosing and removing the stem and disconecting the cables. then the parts will slide off. But i would take it to a bike shop if i were you and have them do it for you since they know what they are doing. Then you can learn from them and do it next time yourself.

Omg...People call me that too though lol. Ok I bought the bike and it use to have Gyro Brakes but he cut them. And now you know how there is those 2 big pieces between the headset and the stem im pretty sure between the headset and the stem. Im wondering how i can get those off, and if i have to take off my handlebars, and stem and all that and have to put like spacers, or if i can just get them off a different way with out taking that part apart.

Now can you answer my question

Thanks Kinetic will i have to pay money. But i sort-of want to do it tonight, is it hard to take off the stem. Also i dont have the cables up by my handlebars only like on the frame and through the stem and headset.
