can u post some link to a few nice rear casesetes thatd fit the element off danscomp just ot get an idea on how much itd cost me to replace it

Just because the bearings are unsealed dosen't make it bad. They are just more work to maintain, but as long as you do maintain them they will be fine.

my bike im riding right now has unsealed bearing and its the same caseste when i bought they bike and they bike is about 4yrs old..u just have to clean them more often

if you want a new cassette, you pretty much have to buy a whole new wheel.

Idealy you will want a Profile or Primo. But Odyssey makes an affordable cassette that's fairly good.

thanks for those links..those are a bit pricy but like my cassette on my bike is just starting to go out and its unsealed and about 4yrs old

You forgot the Demolition cassette. It is really good, and pretty decently cheap.
