Speaking of XMart bikes, how come they don't require certified mechanics to build up the bikes. Most of the time nothing is tight or put on right anyways.

i had a friend that did that (put bikes together for a HUGE chain...not the highlight of his life)...they got paid for each bike, so they pushed themselves to get as many together as they could...
