I would put the spacers under the stem. I think it looks better that way, but it's your bike. And btw, I got used Answer Battle Axe carbon forks for free(he got new Scythes). I only weigh 100 pounds so they shouldn't be a problem. I got them from a kid who is probably 150-160 pounds.

that's the bolt that came with the sx forks. There's a picture of it laying to the side here:

A ****ty one that comes loose really easily and hardly holds my bike.

I honestly don't know, I bought it used at a garage sale a few years ago. I have a nice Swagman hitch rack for my WRX though.

Hitch racks are great, they take seconds to take on and off and are sturdy as can be.
