I didn't even notice that. At the time I didn't have a chain breaker so the LBS had to shorten and install. Still rides fine. Half the time I'm rolling backwards anyways so it evens out...

I've been out of BMX for about 20 years, but I've never seen a left-hand drivetrain! Also, what's with the tiny sprockets? Is that a new trend? Didn't exist when I was BMXing. Is it fast or quick?

Bikes: Fit flow

We use cassette hubs now that allow us to run a smaller gearing yet maintain the same gear ratio. ie: 44 -16 is the same as 28 -10 or 25 - 9. The smaller sprocket is lighter stronger, and out of the way for ramp tricks and grinds. the only real downfall is running a cassette driver that is only 8 or 9 teeth is a lot harder on your chain and things wear out quicker. As long as you maintain your bike properly and check your chain regularly you shouldn't run into any problem.

There's a "how old are you?" thread somewhere about, it should still be on the first or second page.

Bikes: BMX, fixed gear

so you would sacrifice your bike looking sick, just for a reversible pad that a five year old should ride it?

other than the pad, i love the bike. lots of fly stuff, but they make some quality parts.

The pad is cool, but they unfortunately don't work. Still better than the nice old toptube to the boys though.

Integral Expo 20.5"

Hoffman fat free bars, primopro stem FSA headset Shadow grips
Odyssey monolever, Odyssey linear, hombres
front wheel- Odyssey haz to Sun Rhynolite, fat Path
rear wheel- Nankai technolite 11t to Sun Rhynolite XL, skinny Path and Andy's Nuts
Odyssey Twisted pc pedals, Powerbites, Fly 30t, KMC z510xh w/ a half link
Macneil Pivotal post and Premium pivotal seat (not pictured)

bicycle union gloves, Ipath hemp Yogis, Protech helmet, triple 8 knee pads.

spray painted most of the parts with black chalkboard paint. Nankai coaster runs on all loose-ball bearings, no cages. Povah-ized stem. it's not the trendiest bike and it's a little heavy compared to some, but it works for me. most of these parts were bought second-hand but i would not have my bike any other way.
