Prom was pretty sick, wasn't arsed at all about hooking up haha, may have been a bit unfair on my girlfriend . 'Slept' at a mates afterwards but didn't actually fall asleep until 7 the next morning. Good times.

Our school's prom is traditionally after our exmas which is great because then there's no stress or anything etc. But NO MORE SCHOOL EVER AGAIN!!!

Oh, I see where you are going with this. He didn't go to prom with his girlfriend though, so he didn't want to go back somewhere with the girl he went to prom with and do things with her since it would be cheating. I'm sure if his girlfriend was with him at prom, he would have hungout with her afterwards.

ex: Not sure what I'd do with studio gear, but if you have any strobes/flashes/reflectors you want to sell for cheap I might be interested. I'm not much of a backdrop kind of guy, natural light environmental portraits are my favorite kind but I like to play with lighting sometimes. Not about to invest in a bunch of nice stuff when there's so many holes in my lens lineup though. Speaking of lenses, do you think I should bother with this one? I heard it's pretty sharp up to about 200mm, and it's cheap, but it's plasticy and doesn't have very good focusing. I want to get the 70-200 2.8IS eventually, maybe this would be a good complement for bright light when I can stop down.

Jon, I happen to own several Sigma lenses, and they're a good value. But I'd still look for a used Canon lens first.
