What you believe is largely a result of your social status and culture. Most people in developed countries don't rely on the weather or the seasons to provide food, and have the leisure time to study the sciences. I'm a christian, and although I'm skeptical of organized religion, I think some kind of religion is important to have.

What does science have to do with religion? You can't say religion doesn't make sense because of science. :rolleyes: Not wanting to start a flame war or anything (what you believe is up to you), but you can't scientifically prove things such as God not existing. ;)

I'm a Christian by the way. Been brought up in a Christian home and a Christian school. :p

Where exactly is 'Heaven?' How come every religion has different beliefs? I don't know about many of the the things pertaining to religion and I don't know why so many believe these things when there are many nearly proven theories. The only thing keeping them from being exact science is that we weren't alive back then. Many things said by religion has been proven to be completely different from science.

P.S. Let's not start a major war and let's not get out of hand. I shouldn't even be allowing this to go on. Anyone who posts anything extremely racist or ignorant will be banned.
