Pedal problems (not the cranks)

i took a hard landing today on a six foot tabe and only had one foot on the pedal and now they make a really bad noise. any help?

Crushed bearings, my left Jim C has a blown bearing and squeeks when I'm mashing.

But then so does my bottom bracket .

thats pretty ****. they spin like they are unsealed also. do you think this calls for new pedals?

thats what i thought. i'm not wasting money until my b-day.

like bars cause i like em big
ends and grips
Pedals
tires
chain
tools.

any suggestion if i get pedal in a couple months. prefferably light weight.

I still hate wide bars. I can't stand them. Short yet semi-tall bars for life.
