18s and 20s?

Hey I was just wondering, what's the difference between an 18 and a 20?

There's this bike I want, the Haro Forum Partial, but there's an 18 and a 20. I just wanna make sure I don't mess anything up. Thanks in advance.

The difference is what size wheel you can put on it.. so an 18" would be one that could fit up to an 18" tire and a 20" fits up to a 20" tire... see the logic?

Hope that helps
