Felt Ethic Opinions

I was wondering what everyone thought of the 2009 Felt Ethic? I am looking for a freestyle bike that I can ‘play’ around on. Mostly just riding around campus; jumping curbs, doin' wheelies and basic beginner stuff. Another Option I have is a 2008 GT Performer. I’m 5’9” 160lbs, would any of these be good choices?

I understand that these are bottom end bikes but I will upgrade as things break and as I get better.

Thanks

Joe

I like the look of the Felt better, but the GT has more chromoly. The more chromoly, the better.

Ok, so I did some research. I think both bikes will be a waste in the long run. I plan to do upgrades with much better parts and it doesn't really make sense to upgrade parts on a sorry frame.

So, im going to give it another try... How is this?

It is more than I wanted to spend but I think it is a better choice. If you have any other suggestions, the max I can pay is $380.

That's a good bike. If that one ends up going out of stock before you order it, go with the DK Helio.
