taking apart...
my bike, and i cant get my forks off. still have a standard headset. first time i've needed to take the forks off the bike. help?

if the top nut and stem are off then gently tap the top of the fork with a rubber mallet or block of wood, there is a little plastic wedge keeping it up. get ready to catch the fork.

i got it. i just smacked it with a block of wood a few times and it just dropped out. it wouldnt last night though, even after hitting it for like a half hour
