bmxtrix, need help with quarter pipe

that quarter pipe on ur website, the 4 ft one, is that wide enough to grind with pegs, because my little bro likes skateboarding along with biking and obviously i like biking so i was just wonderin if it is wide enough and if u could explain it a lil more and wat program u have to have to download the templates.

....cause i dont really understand ur directions, its mostly plywood and two by fours right, because i dont know if i should build one and just guess at the slope on it or if u could help

All ramp plans are shown at 4 feet - you should be at a minimum 8 feet for any thoughts of grinding - better at 12-16 feet though.

You can make any ramps wider by simply sandwiching them together. That is, make the transitions for one ramp, then cut another transition to make it another 4 feet wider. Then layer with plywood.

Original plans are CAD format - which requires CAD. I believe you may be able to download a CAD viewer though - not sure where, but pretty sure. Google it.

There are other plans in .jpg format which you can just view on the site.

Drawing transitions is covered on the site in 'template' section. Just look at the .jpg screen dump for a version of the plans you can see right away.

You can always ask questions like these through PM or through the TrixBoard as well.
