Wheel covers are years old... Uni wheel covers were on several riders bikes back in the mid-80's. My understandning is they caught the wind really bad and because they are plastic, they tend to bang around a lot agasint the wheel making a bunch of noise.

You get a good 'bling' goin' though, who really cares how gay you are?
