Newb?
Hey
Ive recently been inspired by a certain game and a little excess weight from christmas () to save up for a nice BMX bike. I really don't know very much about BMXs (or bikes at all, I mean whats all this 100% CrMo Simon Tabron...3pc FSA X-Drive 175mm???) so I need some advise..
My budget is around the £200 mark so what is a good bike(BMX)? Around my area the only known one is mongoose really... But I heard from reading through some of the posts here Mongoose is crap
Also.. anyone want to explain in english what the specs mean?
Thanx

In order-material used in frame forks bars ect-pro BMXer-crank type- Full Speed Ahead-crank length
It would take pages upon pages to explain to you what that all means more specific. Order a cheap Haro on-line and if you stil like bmx by the time it turns to srap get some more money and get a fit pro or fit team.

don't get a fit. those things are a waste of money. but yeah go with a cheaper complete bike (like a haro) and see if you like bmx before u spend a lot on one.

Yeah, take a look at the new line of F3's from Haro, there really good bikes for a good price. I have a 2004 F3 Haro, and it's a dream. I got mine at 230 $, so I think their worth it. Hope this helps!
