Haro Backtrail X24
Thinking about buying one of these used. Mainly for thrashing around town or light dirt trails. Would this be the bike to get, or your 'normal' mountain bike hardtail like a Schwinn Moab, or a dual suspension bike like Mongoose Sommet or Kona Kikapu?

Seems like a pretty affordable toy to me. I checked the online reviews, and other than the fool that expects a sub $300 bike to take lots of abuse, it seemed like a good deal. It's cousin to my Haro Group 1 SX 24, which I'm quite happy with. I think if you get it, you'll have a good time thrashing on it.

Bikes: i own a gt ricochet hardtail mtb, a cannondale road, and full suspension mtb, a haro tr 2.1, a diamondback viper that i rebuilt painted and rebuilt with lighter parts, a brand new H&H race group race bike, and a eastern metalhead
the whole haro backtrail series is very good. i owuldn't get the 24" my self but if thats what u want, its a good bike, go for it. or and... dont get a mongoose mtn bike unless u plan to spend the money on one of their team issue mtn bikes.
