proper bmx rims

hi everyone

I am participating in a tournament, the tournament is about building a light, small car, and i have a special tires to use. i am going to use bmx wheels for them.
the problem is that i am not sure about the proper wheel diameter to choose,
this is the tire specification sheet:

i don't know whether i go for 16, 17 or 18 inche wheel. i hope you can help me

An ETRO 406 - 20" is most common . as specified per that pdf you linked to ..
