Ruption Phase 2014, Bottom Bracket help.

Hi, I have a Ruption Phase 2014 as my first BMX.
I wanted to change the sprocket, but when I removed the first crank, I realized my BB + crank's axle suck! Something like this ( photo ) and I can't neither remove my sprocket without a specific tool!!
So I choose to change em, I would like to buy this axle: Gusset Pigmy Axle & OKR Bolts ( photo )
but description says:
Pigmy standard axle and OKR bolts; 19/20mm machined 48T fine spline Cr-Mo axle for secure torque transfer.
Length: 145mm (BMX Std.).
Compatible with Pigmy or Pigmy R-series arms (not supplied).
Supplied with Pigmy OKR bolts and caps.
Weights (incl. bolts): 320g.

Will it fit in a 19 BB? Or should I buy a 22mm? It says 19/20 mm machined 48T fine spline Cr-Mo axle

Is it compatible with my cranks?

Could I also install Blank Mid Bottom Bracket on my bike? ( photo )

Thanks a lot!!

hi 4face, looking at the ruption model, it says it has an american BB. You need to buy an "american" style BB. nothing else will fit. the Mid BB you posted is a press fit version that will only fit into the smaller diameter Mid BB shells. a quick google led me to find a mid bottom bracket from Odyssey bmx that will press into an american sized BB shell. Universal Cycles -- Odyssey 19mm American / Mid Bottom Bracket Set

this might be hard to find for you but it would allow you to upgrade to a more readily available 48 spline spindle 3 piece crank.

the pygmy axle you posted will not fit your current crank arms and you will need to buy the pygmy crank arms as per the description as well as a bottom bracket that will fit the spindle
