Hello to everyone
I have an old peugeot bike and i want to know the model name and the date that was made.
there is a number at the rear wheel frame.this is Y110 02832.can anyone please help?

Neither the crank, brakes nor shifters match, so probably not.

but the crankset looks like its from a Super Sport?

I have had this bike before. I have had a few different ones. Never kept them.
I had a PX 10e that I still can't figure out what the big deal is.

It was manufactured in October 1981, so it should be a 1982 model. It appears to be lugless construction, so that eliminated the U-series. It looks like it has a Carbolite 103 decal and stamped dropouts, so it's entry level, but higher entry level based on the down shifters. It doesn't quite match anything in the USA literature but could be a European market P10 or PH10 variant.

With all due respect, the subject bicycle is not a UO-10, nor is it a Canadian market model. The OP's bicycle is lugless construction, whereas the UO-10 was lugged. All the Canadian market bicycles of this era were lugged because Velosport (later to become Procycle) was building the entry level models for Canada and was not certified by Peugeot for lugless construction until 1988. The mid and high models were still being imported from France but these were still lugged at the time, with the first lugless model at this level being the PH501 in 1985. BTW, if you are using the Bike Boom Peugeot site as a reference, the years for the early 1980s Canadian brochures are incorrect.
