I am starting to lean to keeping it and restoring as much as possible. bike is sentimental. my uncle had the same color but probably a 76-78. the martano rims are the kicker. shop in ny said he hasn't had a set come through in over 10 years. suggested ebay italy lol anyways thanks for your time.
I love this color too, it's the choice I went with when I restored mine.

The $3300. bike is an asking price. Transaction prices are different.
If you bike had been earlier and had the twin pate crown fork… it would be valued higher.
There were two different Carlsbad Masi bikes in Turquoise and near your frame size, 60 and a 62 as I recall, needing cleaning, one was pretty original, other with some exchanges on ebay, $2000 and $2400 come to mind as the asking. Looks like they dropped off the transaction history, They were listed a few times, and did not sell at least when I was tracking them.
The bikes with the biggest market 55-57 cm, garner the most attention. There are exceptions of course.
In my observation the bikes from the Carlsbad era, late '73 to late '76 have had a steady ascension.

Martano rims are hard to find and when you do they are usually going for $250 - $300 for the correct 36 hole polished rims. If you want a 100% restoration you have to bite the bullet; I went with Mavics but I do keep my eyes open for Martanos at a reasonable price.

There was another on, I want to say it was over on The Paceline, for around $1500, and Carlsbad built.
Size was 58 on both if memory serves.
OP, I sent you a PM.
You can also search on the Steel is Real site under sales and you might be able to get more data. I'm not sure how long the ads stay up.
A complete bike will obviously sell for more money. Replace the newer parts with vintage, get a set of wheels for it, fresh lube etc., clean it up and take really good photos. You may get $1200-1500, maybe more.
