Should be a Columbia Sports 3.

Most of the Columbia Sports are a couple notches below the Raliegh's. As a lower end 3 speed there isn't much value in these only $100 or so in good working condition and then they don't sell very fast.

I sold my last Columbia 3 for $25, and it was a men's style (more desirable) and in good shape. But it needed tires. I could have put $25 worth of tires on it and got $50 for it.

Columbia 3 speed frame construction I have seen was no where near as good as Raleigh. Crimped drop outs for example.

Raleigh 3 speeds here are in that $100 price range.

Quality is an absolute, not a variable. The Columbia may have been manufactured to lower standards than the Raleigh, but if it met it's design intent, it is still a quality bicycle.
