1985 Bridgestone Grand Velo 2000

Ad on Craigslist:

1985/1986 Bridgeston grand velo 2000.
-shimano 600 headset and brakeset
-suntour sealed hub/mavic rim wheel set
-shimano 105 rear derailleur
-suntour superbe front derailleur
-campagnolo veloce compact crankset
-tektro levers
-vintage platform pedals
-cinelli stem
-new tubes and bar tape
-also have some new bridgestone decals
-paint is rough put frame is straight without dings

They are asking $250. Is this a fair price? If not, what's the most I should pay? I don't want to be ripped off, but I'm not trying to flip it. My wheels got stolen so I need a new bike. I've never owned or bought a road bike before.

Not much original on this bike from it's original Suntour Superbe line. High quality frame if it's your size and can touch up the paint. This probably has the Suntour Superbe Pro dropouts too - NICE! Second from the top of their lineup so it started life as a super bike, considering the hodge-podge of parts now installed, albeit they are decent parts, could be sold off to convert it back to original. Here is the page with the original specs.
