Very small frame 44 cm.
Front wheel is a 24", rear is a 27".
I am sure that's a factory setup, touring bike.
Any idea of the value and what should i do with it??
Should I strip the components and keep the frame on the wall?
I bought it for only 10$, shipping included.

Wow that's a nice bike and small. Dont't strip whatever you do it is just too nice for that nice small Terry style touring bikes go for $400-450 good shape. I would say list on ebay or here at the BF's and you will likely get these values or more if your major market I could see $350 as is cash sell for this bike on a local sale.

Wow, that looks like an all original & complete bike. Has the extra threaded eyelets and holes for touring bags. Cantilever brakes. I've seen larger Shogun models like that with Tange 2 frames. It looks like its sized for someone under 12 years old. And, looks like it was never even used. Amazing deal for $10. I would keep it complete and start looking around for a youngster that wants to go fast. Or, change it to an upright handlebar bike. With those brakes it would work very well in hilly towns like Atlanta, Richmond or Austin. That's worth at least $200.

Proportional, grand touring bicycles for very short cyclists are rare. This could net a very nice profit, though it may take a while to find the right person. Consequently, something like eBay is probably the best venue to find prospective buyers.

FYI, it should be a 1987-1988 model and appears to be completely OEM. The serial number should tell us the exact year. It a mid-range model with an original MSRP of $385 US in 1987. The main triangle of the frame is actually Tange Infinity which was a cost effective, seamed version of Tange #2 . The stays and forks were typically heavier gauge Tange Mangaloy, which is another cost concession but appropriate for a grand touring frame. The presence of only a single set of bottle bosses is surprising but the frame size may have been the limiting factor, as larger versions sport a second set. The lo-rider fork mounts are a nice feature. The Shimano Deore cantilevers and derailleurs are excellent mid-range performers. While not Deore, the Sugino VP crankset is a nicely spec'd half-step plus granny. The wheels are a bit old school with 27/24" channel section rims and Suzue freewheel hubs, but they should be plenty strong given the 40 spoke rear wheel, smaller diameter front wheel and typically lower weight of smaller riders. At this size, I'd expect it to be quite light,somewhere in the 23-24 lb range.

It's a nice bicycle in great condition. I suggest you lower the stem and level the saddle for the listing photos.
