G. Barale Italian saddle
Hello guys, as im looking for "new" vintage saddle for my bianchi i came across brown "G. barale" one. Since the winter is comming soon i have no hurry in buying so i want to take my time and research. I googled it finding few "Barale" vintage frames, but looks like they are made by Alan Barale. Cant find literally anything about "G. Barale" so you folks are my last hope Im posting some of the pictures seller made, he sais its italian made from suede and indeed it looks pretty good and dont cost much (25$)

Why is this saddle in "appraisals"? You're not looking for an appraisal, are you? A moderator should probably move it to C&V.
I am not familiar with the Barale saddles in the photos. They look to me like a generic plastic shell with a suade cover and the Barale name stamped on.
A gentleman named Barale was one of the first craftsmen to modify Brooks leather saddles with big copper rivets and some proprietary leather treatment. I believe he was active in the 50's, before Ottusi, Galmozzi, et al.

Yes, im sorry if the thread is at the wrong place here. Im more curious about the orgin of that saddle. Probably its leather cover was restored in some local workshop by that man, since there is no information about a brand or serial production going on.
