Raleigh Colt 3 speed

So I'm looking at this just a pic of course but looks pretty sweet. Lady says she's put a lot of love into it. Is $125 ok? Looking to get it for my wife.

It was a good looking bike that they had spotting rust here and there but I decided to pass. Granted everything on there it looked original but it definitely showed its age. Someone will be happy with it I've got time on my side and I can be patient for the right bike and the right condition. I'll wait for the score.

Edit: whoever did the bike to them for her prior to selling it sure did a crappy job. Maybe I'm a grid but shouldn't have chain and the gearing be cleaned?
