A friend has asked me to help sell her aunts bike. She is unable to ride anymore. I know the components were good, but as it is older and I’m not knowledgeable about road bike value in general, I have no idea what would be a fair price point for this bike. Assuming there are no mechanical issues any ideas? She says her aunt is about 5 foot 2. Thanks, Chris.

Being ealy 2000's carbon bike not really vintage that said very nice Tri bike for smaller rider. I would say $400-500 if the shifters and carbon are all good,

Did that already, but generally leave the mod-tattling for the west coasters.

I think the carbon MJs are closer to 1995-1997 than 2000+. By early 2000s MJs were 853 steel...and classic , though maybe not exactly "vintage"..yet.

That said..I've seen these listed in the $400-$500 range, but old carbon..it's really hard to say. Steel bikes are much easier to pin a value on.

It looks to be in beautiful shape!
