Help Identify This Lime Green Mercier

I'm intrigued. Will definitely need new rubber. $75 seems a bit steep. Doesn't look like much to me but I don't know Mercier bikes.

Looks like a model 100 from the early 70s, made with hi-ten steel. It has Simplex Delrin derailleurs and a cottered steel crank. The rear derailleur worked well enough for the time but the front derailleur and shifters are fragile. Probably still has 27" steel rims. The black panel on the top tube is not original, so that area should be checked.

Those old Merciers had a fairly sporting ride once equipped with decent aluminum rims and good tires. I had a slightly more recent one that was enjoyable.

That paint is very nice! Is that the original clear coat?
Great job restoring!

Yes, it's the original paint. And I really can't call that a restoration! I built it up from the frame with parts I liked.
