unknown track frame

unknown track frame

Dear forumer,
i need help in identifying this frame. some info that i get from the buyer, the frame is from the early 80's. use english BB. cant find a serial number. perhaps after removing the paint?
Please i need help in ID-ing this bike for restoration project. Thanks in advance. here some pics.

Hello I can't understand why no one responded. it has rather odd looking dropouts I had thought that someone would recognize them and know the manufacture.

where do you live? after all there are literally thousands of frame builder worldwide. this could be something from a small shop somewhere or even a DIY frame.

did you try posting in the track forum?

Malaysia, this frame actually belong to one of the local track racer. Rosman Alwi as his Training bike

That's interesting - I have an unknown road frame with absolutely identical seat stay caps. Pity nothing else seems to match. Wild track ends.
