I don't know about the particular brand b but I can tell you this. I would guess that it's a relatively lower end bike judging by the cottered crank. I am not entirely sure of that but it's my best guess.

Looks like bottom end department store grade bike, that needs some work. Looks like a dent in that rear rim. Not much value in that condition and that model.
