Whats it worth? - 1971 Coast to Coast Duster bicycle
I am the owner of this beautiful bicycle. Back in 1971 my dad bought this bicycle at the Coast to Coast store in Valley City, North Dakota. I was wondering if anybody could give me a rough estimate on what this bicycle is valued at. Other than a few new bolts i had to put on the bike to hold up the seat everything is original including the tires. The rear tire is fat and flat, the seat is long and comfortable (needs to be restitched), and it rides like it just came off the showroom floor. I was out for a cruise on it one day and noticed a few other vintage bicycles outside an antique store and immediately the store owner approached me asking about the bike and if it was for sale, he then proceded to tell me the tires are worth about $100-$150 a piece and then offered me $200 for the bicycle which was before i had polished any of the chrome on the bicycle which was completely covered in 40 years of build up. All the chrome is in nearly perfect condition since i cleaned them up with steel wool and some never dull polish. If anyone knows what my bicycle is worth please let me know i would love to find out!

Those bikes have their own following, guys that are into Schwinn Stingrays and 70's muscle bikes would be into a bike like that.
Around here you're going to find mostly road bike fans so I doubt you'll get your best response here.
Just a quick Yahoo search for "Muscle bike forum" found this https://musclebikeforums.com/
Good luck, it's a cool old bike.

You gonna eat that?
I'd also ask over at RatRodBikes.

What you have is a re-branded Ross Apollo. Ross muscle bikes have a pretty loyal following on the East Coast.
