Need help with value and opinions on a Sparta Windsor Dutch bike
Going to look at a Sparta Windsor. It's listed on Craigslist Huntsville, Alabama if you want to see pictures.

Looks good from the pictures. Anyone have any idea of the value? Guy is asking $150. If it rides good I'll probably buy it. I've been wanting a vintage Dutch bike. I'd appreciate any opinions and advice. The guy that has it doesn't know the age. Thinks it's older.
I currently have a 30+ year old Free Spirit Dynasty from Sears and a new Electra Townie 21d. I'm drooling over the Trek Allant. When I get in better riding shape I'll eventually pick up a sport hybrid. Right now I'm more comfortable on uprights.

Thanks for the feedback! It's mine now! It's in decent shape. I'll have to get it in to my lbs next week. Definitely needs new tires and a once over.
