2007 Cannondale Enforcement 1?
Seems clean from photos, I know a city employee who tells me they are only used for special occasions in the summer.

Its an auction, with nine bids already, sure to go higher. Its worth the current price, whether it is worth the final auction value, I am not so sure. Cannondales bring pretty decent $$, even MTBs. They are really the only MTBs I will bother with.
While I believe you can buy the police models from Cannondale, I don't think you can get one with the "POLICE" decal on the dt. Someone may pay a premium for that. I am surprised it was not removed prior to the sale.

Please don't confuse ebay "asking" prices with "selling" prices. Many sellers never get their ask price. some are far from it. Value is determined once an item actually SELLS. Its easy enough to check SOLD prices.

This one looks pretty clean, the examples I've seen liquidated by our local PDs have been hammered - those guys ride hard, and they're not lightweights. I'd inspect it in person if that's possible before bidding it up any higher.
