We need better photos of the bike from the drive side. Is the chainring skip-tooth? Does the rear wheel axle go into the rear dropout from the front or the rear?
The attached Schwinn World illustration is from the 1917 Schwinn catalog. There are obvious similarities, but any definitive I.D. will require much better photos. How about a picture of the head badge?
The bike needs a good cleaning.

Well, about all I can tell from the photos is that the rear dropouts appear to be pre-war (WW2). The bike is too dirty to discern any details and the photo of the headbadge is too out of focus for any identification.
