How much should I sell my Japanese Bridgestone for?
I'm selling my Bridgestone Roadman, and I'm not sure how much it should go for.
I bought it for around $250 off a friend, but I have a feeling it might be worth more than that. Not sure, can anyone tell me? Have a reference?

Hi Lisbeth, and welcome to BF.
According to what I've found in a quick Google search, the Roadman was an entry level road bike with a straight gauge chromoly front triangle. I'm not sure what differences there are/were in components between Roadman models or from year-to-year, but I'm guessing ~$250 would be the upper end of current prices for a bike in decent shape.
Since "bridgestone roadman" doesn't show up on either active or completed ebay listings, I suspect it wasn't imported to the U.S. in any quantity, if at all.
If you can read Japanese (I can't), there are some Bridgestone Roadman models in on-line catalogs HERE.

Thank you! Yes, I'm twice removed from the original owner, and I know it was never sold in the U.S. (he had it shipped over when he moved to the U.S.). Thanks!

Agree on $250-ish, unless you're doing ebay or live in a major market.
Japanese only model probably won't add any value for the CL audience.
Nice looking bike!
