Edited to add 17 tooth cog.
13/14/15/16/17/19/21. Good shape. Was going to build this into something wider but seem to have lost the other cogs. English thread. 25 dollars shipped. Yeah, you can have cork if ya want it.

From the crimped tooth profile, I would also suggest that this is an ARIS compatible freewheel for Sachs derailleurs with indexing. They also shift really well in friction mode.

17t cog has been added. Missed that while typing.
On the indexing, while I am sure you are correct, I make no claims. I last used an index shifter thirty years ago.
