1" alloy threaded cartridge headset (new)

I wound up getting more than I really needed of this headset - 27.0, 32.0, 40mm stack.
I like them, they have a classic rounded shape and the shine is REALLY SHINY, like good chrome - cups *are* aluminium, magnet says so.
$25 and I'll pay shipping in N.A.

Here's what the bits look like:

Here's what one looks like on a bike:

I wish I knew enough that I could tell without dismantling the bike if that would fit my 1973 Raleigh Grand Sport, which desperately needs a new headset.

Looks like an unbranded version of FSA's 1" threaded headset. Quality stuff.

‘74 Raleigh headset servicing

Sounds like a yes but check your stack height; 40mm stack is to the top of the threads on the inside of the top locknut, the bottom surface of that is at 30.5mm.

Check also that you indeed have a 24tpi fork - likely yes, especially if your serial starts with W - but CHECK.
