Stronglight and Sakae Ringyo made 86mm BCD cranks, with a minimum tooth count of 28T. Older (pre-1982) Stronglight mod. 99 cranks require the proprietary 23.35mm extractor tool, later production, and Sakae Ringyo's version, use a standard 22mm tool.
