Oh, you look much younger. But you'd better stay inside now. The least bit of wind could mess that all up.

Or find a good John Deere hat and screw that on. I use one to manage my stylish mop - especially on the bike.

Hope you didn't tip her, Ed.
She hardly took any off!

By the way, do you get pruned every spring, like my shrubs?

By the way. My wife now cuts my hair, and has for several years. I had no idea, nor did she, that she had sort of a natural talent for it.
Woman can't do much of anything with her hands. Can barely use a screwdriver. But she is good at cutting hair.

@Ed. - so I thought this photo of you was the "before" photo. Where's the "after" photo? or was this it?

I cut my own hair. (Yep, one of those guys.) The secret to making it look good is let your hair get so overgrown that anything done to it is an improvement. (cf. @Ed.)

Actually, with those home electric clippers and the little attachments, it's really easy to do a decent middle-aged-white-guy-short-hair kinda cut job. I think more people should try the DIY haircut thing. A lot faster than going to the barber.

I don't know what you looked like before, but IMHO that looks like a haircut "before" photo.

My entire family goes to an old friend for haircuts and have done so since the late 70's (well not my son). He runs a salon that caters mainly to older women, but he can do any kind of head. Before that I just let it grow for several years. When it started to bother me by falling in my face I decided to cut it myself. I'd grab a fist full of hair and lop off everything that hung out. It worked pretty well.

Looks like you may have been into the sherry before you let her loose on ya…eh Ed?
A precaution I've been known to take.

Am I the only one here who pays to get my hair cut by a pro? Every 6 weeks, whether I need it or not.

It's a real shame I had to spend my early years listening to music this well crafted, just to watch it all fall apart as I grew to be an adult. "Popular" music now, is a joke.,,,,BD
