Can someone loan me an OLD style Shimano freewheel extractor?

The old Shimano spline looks like the current one, but it's smaller. Can someone loan me one of these tools?

Thanks.

I'm about 53% certain I have one and would be happy to bring it to my office. Well, I have about three pullers that all look about the same but are inexplicably not interchangeable, and I'll be happy to bring them all. Will you be able to tell which one you need?

That one, then mine might not be an option.

Just willing to help if I can. Who makes that, Bicycle Research ?

I have a Phil FW tool for the older Shimano splines. Let me know if nothing else pans out.

The pictured one is Shimano ("A type" is what Shimano called it). The Bicycle Research CT-4 or Var 411 also fit.

That is a mystery remover. Not old style Shimano, and not like one I've seen before.

I have an old style remover, but it sounds like someone has Tom covered.

Fits the older, smaller spline pattern shared by Shimano and the above freewheels. I've used it on several 'Schwinn Approved' Shimano clusters as well as Regina CX.
Newer Shimano is larger in diameter.

Never heard of a Shimano freewheel that used the same spine pattern as Regina/Zeus/Maillard. Do you have a picture of the tool? Here's my Phil tool (splines too close to fit old-style Shimano):

I didn't know I would have so much luck. I think I found one locally as a result of this thread. I'll let yooze know if I need one of yours. Thank you all!

@JohnDThompson is correct, older (pre-1985) Shimano freewheels had an 18.4mm/12-spline hole and used the Shimano TL-FW20 (aka "Boss"), Bicycle Research CT-4 or equivalent tool.

The Schwinn "Model J" freewheels were different. While they were made by Shimano they had the same 21.6mm/20-spline hole as used by the early Zeus/Regina/Maillard and Schwinn "Model F" freewheels.

Same tool I have.
I can post some freewheel pictures tomorrow; I don't have the time today.

I really posted that to point out that there are about a gazillion FW removers on eBay; I probably should have been a bit more explicit...
