Is this really rhinoserous leather?

Selle San Marco Rolls Rino
All the info says either:
1) Cover: Leather ( rino ) or
2) Cover: microfeel - Breathable and hard wearing cover. It is lighter than traditional materials and less deformable. Anti-skid effect with an extraordinary grip on the saddle. Biocompatible material.
My old Rolls needs replacing... it sags and squeaks and looks ... old.

The website states "rino" and not "rhino" so we cannot assume what they might mean. Perhaps rino is a treatment or a finish?
This ebay ad for a similar item calls it "buffalo" and says it is embossed calfskin.

No, not made from a rhyno (rhinoceros) but a RINO (republican in name only).

OK, so anybody have an opinion/review on the saddle?
The fake leather ones cost twice as much... so I guess I'm OK with a buffalo sacrifice... buffalo probably being an Asian water buffalo, not a bison.

Made from a rhinocersatz hide...
...reminds me of my kid's rocking "horse" which has a rhino horn, hippo teeth, is fuzzy pastel green and whose tag claims it's a dinosaur.

Do not buy. RINOS are notoriously thin skinned.

I looked into getting bison leather for my saddle recovering, but didn't find any even near as thick as the stuff I'm using. For a leather covered padded saddle, I'm sure you could get some. Whether it would have any advantage over the many other kinds of leather you can get, I have no idea.

No doubt. I presume this leather is water buffalo though because it comes from Turkey and water buffalo products are quite a large market in Asia... including one of my conga drum heads.
