Brooks Pro saddle frames sold separately
I came across this in a clearance sale list, looks like a replacement for the most likely damaged part of a saddle other than the leather.
Riveting can be a big pain in the neck for those who might be willing to try it, and I've still got a "Pro" replacement top still waiting all these years to be riveted to an old saddle frame.
Maybe one of BikeForums' resident C&V saddle crafters would be interested in these:

I saw that sale, too and am tempted, but...naw, no need for yet another "project" at this time! 
They also have this replacement frame on sale:

they don't say what model if would fit, but if the measurements are accurate it's a very short frame, for some "S" or Lady's saddle, possibly a "Junior".

And there's a cantle-only for the B-66, just one left in-stock:
