Your bike came from Big Wheel Bicycle Shop. I worked there from around 1977-1979 during my last year few semesters of college and until I got a "real" job. I also went to kindergarten at Howard School on Road 21 1/2, not too far from the address on your receipt.

Here are a couple of my old receipts. The Stumpjumper Sport came from International Bicycle Center in Fresno. I got the Santana from Tri-Sport in its original location in Fresno. I still have both bikes (and my tandem partner-we'll be celebrating our 30th anniversary in a few months.). The guys who sold me the bikes now own my favorite bike shop in Fresno, Rubber Soul Bicycles. I'm still looking for my receipt from 1975 for my Italvega Nuovo Record, but I've got almost as many files of old papers as I have boxes of old bike parts.

Wow! That's it!

And, I also went to Howard from 4th through 6th grade. I graduated from Madera High in 77, my sister Susan graduated in 74. Ring any bells?
