Giostra question
came upon these two OFMEGA marked cottered steel chainsets today on Italian ebay. these are the first such I have run across. brought up a question I have been wondering about with regard to Giostra production.
have seen a date given for the end of the Magistroni product line as 1965. did the launch of the OFMEGA product range begin immediately afterward or was there a time gap between the two? does anyone know what years the OMG name was in use?

Disraeli Gears cites a March 1966 Italian patent for a folding crankarm issued to OF.ME.GA. This is the earliest reference that I'm aware of, and dovetails nicely with Magistroni, both in terms of product type and date.
