I came across this old frame in the alley. Can anyone can help me id the manufacturer? Thanks.

It's a Public bike frame. Not much more than a few years old. I think the company's only been around 5 or 6 years.

Not a terrible frame to build up if you need a city bike, but would be cheaper just to buy one that's already complete. Parts are almost always more expensive than whole bikes.
