Help with Identification

Hello, I'm new to the forum and this is my first post, so bear with me if I'm not doing something right

I have a few vintage bikes, of the muscle bike era. I just picked up a bike that a guy found hanging in the rafters of an old building. The thing that interested me most was the handlebar set up with the forks. The head badge is missing and I can't make out the faded lettering on the chain guard. It's got Schwinn grips and a Stingray seat, but that could have been changed, at some point. Can anybody help me figure out what this is and maybe a rough year? Thanks!

Hopefully, pictures are attached.

Could be a Kent, a department store brand from the early 1970's.

FWIW, the chainring and chainguard appear to be Huffy pattern.

Very helpful, thanks! I did some searching on this and found a picture of a Road Runner that matches mine perfectly.

Bikes: Current 79 Nishiki Custum Sport, Jeunet 620, notable previous bikes P.K. Ripper loop tail, Kawahara Laser Lite, Paramount Track full chrome, Raliegh Internatioanl, Motobecan Super Mirage. 59 Crown royak 3 speed

The bike looks to be a Iverson muscle bike from about 1970. I do believe you are correct on the model being a girls Road Runner.
