cinelli frame 1986

That's not a Cinelli frame.

Looks reasonably nice but I too would veto Cinelli brand frame.

As some has already said - and it has bearing on another thread also - that is not a Cinelli frame. Cinelli sold their framebuilding parts to the whole world and there are hundreds of thousands of frames built using their lugs, BB shells, crowns, etc. That does not make a frame a Cinelli frame. I see this a lot on ebay - people willfully or not - selling their bikes as Cinellis. These frames might be the same or even higher quality than a Cinelli but it is not a Cinelli.
